Organically farmed, old vine Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine appelation in the Loire Valley. Aromatic nose showing blackcurrant, green capsicum and citrus. Lingering finish with some flinty and gun smoke notes, with mineral core that drives the mid palate. A value for money alternate for Sancerre. - Chris L
