Tasting Notes
Classic Durif.... this is not! Juicy, dark and ripe fruited and yes there is still a good whack of tannin to keep things together. Pretty impossible to escape the tannin with Durif but this was handled really well. Fuller bodied chilled red? Yes please. - Pete L
Cloud Project aka Wedded to the Weather is the micro-winery of wine old-timer Doug Woodward. Doug's a lovely bloke from Brisbane who travels the country sourcing unique parcels of fruit. You'll see varieties like Vermentino, Prieto Picudo, Durif and Alfrocherio to name a few. They are produced with minimal intervention and are made to be enjoyed young. They're super fun, glug-able wines.
