Doug from Cloud Project does things with Durif that truly break the mould. This Pet Nat is the definition of classic meets contemporary reminding me on a fresher take on the old school Aussie Sparkling Reds. Packed full of ripe black and blue fruit yet still somehow he's kept it so refreshing! This is perfect Christmas day drinking right here. - Pete L
Cloud Project aka Wedded to the Weather is the micro-winery of wine old-timer Doug Woodward. Doug's a lovely bloke from Brisbane who travels the country sourcing unique parcels of fruit. You'll see varieties like Vermentino, Prieto Picudo, Durif and Alfrocherio to name a few. They are produced with minimal intervention and are made to be enjoyed young. They're super fun, glug-able wines.
