This has one of the most unique pet-nat noses I’ve smelt with a sparkling BBQ sauce, caramelised onions, apple skins and spices. Definitely a conversation-starter. - Aaron C.
Cloud Project aka Wedded to the Weather is the micro-winery of wine old-timer Doug Woodward. Doug's a lovely bloke from Brisbane who travels the country sourcing unique parcels of fruit. You'll see varieties like Vermentino, Prieto Picudo, Durif and Alfrocherio to name a few. They are produced with minimal intervention and are made to be enjoyed young. They're super fun, glug-able wines.
