Tasting Notes
A very good Prosecco producer. This cuvee is quite aromatic, fresh and sweetly fruited, yet reasonably dry on the palate. The Brut has some residual sweetness, I think somewhere at the 10g/L mark but by no means iis this sweet. - Chris L
