Tasting Notes
This single malt whisky is from our peated distillation months, mashed and distilled from 100% peated barley from Scotland. The spirit was aged in a Hungarian Oak red wine cask. This cask was shaved and given a level 4 char to get bring back the oak influence, giving the whisky notes of vanilla, spice, nuttiness balancing out with the peat smoke.
