Tasting Notes
This is an excellent introduction to both Malbec from Cahors as well as the work of arguably the best producer in the region. Dark fruits and florals with some limestone freshness on the palate. This has the weight and flavours to hold up yo some red meat without feeling cloying. Really good stuff. - Aaron C.
