Cinsault traditionally had the job of adding bouquet and softness to reds made in warmer climates (eg France’s Languedoc-Roussillon region). Here you can experience the beauty of pure Cinsault. Love its gentle, soft texture with smooth silky tannins. With plenty of blue-ish fruits too, it has just enough acid support to deliver a very drinkable fresh and elegant red. 12% alc.
