100% Garganega from Veneto that is aged in stainless steel to help maintain all the fresh zippy acidity and bright green apple flavours. Super clean which is worth mentioning as this is a natural wine, but well made and handled with care. For me it's not a food wine but more of a friends wine... Better shared with people. - Pete L
