Tasting Notes
After visiting the De Salis winery and spending some time in the cellar with Charlie I think I'm sold that they are one of the benchmark producers of wine in NSW. Their Pinot Noir is planted at over 1000m above sea level and attributes to the elegance and fineness of this wine. The fruit profile is layered and very fragrant - strawberry, plum, cherry, mountain herbs, sweet spice - it's all there. So very good! - Chris L
