Trebbiano on skins for 10 days. Fleshy notes of apricot, green mango, a lick of lychee and the zest of mandarin. The palate is textured, full and layered with citrus acidity, herbal hints and a savoury finish frame this beautiful wine. A brilliant natural orange wine made for food. Brown butter, pumpkin and sage ravioli with lots of pine nuts would be perfect. - Pete L
