Tasting Notes
Not your usualy Cinsault... but then what is usual about a single varietal Cinsault??? The variety hails from the southern French region of Languedoc. It's usually used in lesser proportions in red blends for softness and bouquet. This attempt by Tom Shobbrook is excatly this, soft and aromatic, as well as being light on its feet and a little tangy. Chill it a little before serving and ennjoy with food - we had it with a pork rack. Delicious! - Chris L
