Tasting Notes
Diebolt-Vallois Champagne Brut Tradition NV offers a harmonious and expressive profile, crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apple, white cherry, and apricot, complemented by floral notes reminiscent of an orchard in late spring. On the palate, flavours of ripe apple, apricot, and marzipan are complemented by a fine mousse and a chalky minerality. The finish is firm and refreshing, with a lingering hint of ginger. - Aaron C
