Tasting Notes
Sourced from Dash Farms in the Pyrenees, the same source as many famous producers in the region. Dashette is the little sibling to their Dash Farms release and is made to be enjoyed younger yet still has all the quality the site offers. It's aged in a mixture of old oak and stainless offering up richness and length with hints of grilled nuts, almond meal, citrus and flint. - Pete L
We are Chris Dilworth and Loique Allain, focusing on making wines from the bourgeoning region of the Macedon Ranges and surrounds. Over the years we have been working and travelling together, pursuing an opportunity to create our winemaking dream. We are both inspired and excited about the art of fermentation and its rich history throughout different cultures. Our lived travelling experiences both in Australia and Europe has been formative to the way we live our lives and make our wines. - Winery Note
