Rich and exotic amber wine from Mtsvane on skins for 6 months in Georgian Qvevri, before a further two years maturation back in Qvevri. Rolling layers of rich and ripe, with stone fruits, ripe plums and figs with slight hints of honey and grilled nuts. This is a wine that seeks a partner in richer more spice driven foods and unwinds over the course of the bottle to unveil a very detailed wine. - Pete L
