Tasting Notes
This had everything in the right place when I tried it. It’s elegant, full of detail and incredibly open for a young wine. Raspberries and blackberries dusted with black pepper and spice that go on and on… hints of red flowers lift the wine in the glass. This is gorgeous now and will turn heads with a few years in the cellar. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
