The 2019 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge offers mulberry and light earthy scents on the nose. The palate is a little rustic on the entry, showing modest weight with white pepper and clove toward the finish. Drink 2022-2024. 84-86 points - Neil Martin
Pretty brisk mid purple, the bouquet is immediately charming, sweet fresh raspberry fruit, uncomplicated and delicious with very good persistence. Drink young as this is unlikely to gain extra nuances later. Normally they make 17 barrels, this year only 13 and just 5 in 2020! 85-88 points - Jasper Morris
