A Pinot Noir from two parcels of fruit in the north of Burgundy in the appelation of Marsannay. It’s pretty young at the moment, with heightened sense of deep & darker red fruit aromas and remaining hints of toasty oak in the mix; all characteristics typical of the Marsannay appellation. Importantly, this fruit is powerful, with acidity and accompanying dark spices & ripe, long, fine chalky tannins - everything you want for a longer living pinot! 13.5% alc.
