Tasting Notes
Fred Cossard produces some of the most interesting natural wines out of Burgundy. His sites may not be the headline vineyards of the region but his farming methods and attention to detail in the cellar come second to none. He's an icon and a cult figure of the region.
The Combe Bazin from Saint Romain is 100% Chardonnay fermented in Georgian Qvevris. A rare and phenominal cuvee showing a different potential of white Burgundy. - Chris L
