Tasting Notes
I've been curious about this producer for a while and boy did they deliver! A beautiful flinty reduction with a nose packed full of preserved lemon that hides the power that lies beneath. So many layers to explore as the wine opens up, rich in detail and actually reminded me of some of my favourite topped up Chardonnay's from the Jura region of France from producers like Domaine Labet. - Pete L
