Tasting Notes
From southeast facing vines in Fleys, this Chablis leans into clarity and freshness. Pale in the glass with a green hue, it opens with flinty notes, lemon blossom and crisp orchard fruit. The palate is bright and clean, driven by lively acidity and a salty mineral edge that carries through the finish. Easy to enjoy now for its pure fruit, but with enough structure to reward a few years in the cellar. This is excellent drinking. - Pete L
