The benchmark of Tavel Rose. Organic and biodynamically farmed, Mordoree, are the pinnacle of Tavel Rose. Provence might take the cake for pretty and delicate Rose, but Tavel is all about food friendliness and versatility, as well as structure, power and longevity. These are some of the most underrated wines in the world and they must be given the necessary attention. Exquisite! Drink at 10-16 degrees depending on the time of year (drink cooler in hotter months). Pair with anything from seafood to steak. Seriously! - Chris L
