Tasting Notes
Usual for Etoile Chardonnay, unusual for modern Chardonnay. The palate is quite complex and full of flor-derived characters like salt, putty and nuts. There's also flavours of nectarine, yellow apple, dried fruit and mandarin. This wine is calling out for a cheese board and not for the faint hearted. - Chris L
