Tasting Notes
Sourced from a 0.2-hectare plot of vines planted in 1986 on mostly clay soil, this white wine is produced using sustainable practices and direct pressing. It undergoes ambient yeast fermentation and is aged in barrel with approximately 20% new oak. The resulting wine is vibrant and stylish, offering a pale gold color with a bouquet of apple, lemon, and floral notes, finished with a crisp, well-balanced palate. - Chris L
