Tasting Notes
A pretty and expressive nose offers up the perfumed essence of plum and dark currant along with more subtle earth and hints. The delicious, energetic and well-detailed flavors culminate in a rich if mildly austere and sneaky long finish that is beautifully well-balanced. This is also very good for its level. 89-91 points, drinking window 2028 + Tasted from Barrel Alan Meadows - Burghound January 2024
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
