Tasting Notes
Anatole de la Brosse is a producer to watch out for. Since taking over the estate in 2019 his wines have gone strength to strength and this is no exception. The Les Coudrais site produces a wine that is still fresh like all of Anatole's reds, but this is more intensely spice-lead with a richer and more aromatic profile. A real treat and a highly underrated wine at this point in time... perhaps not for long. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
