Tasting Notes
This is exactly the kind of Chenin Blanc I am into. Fuller bodied with richness and depth, balanced with ample acidity to still keep everything in it's place. Reminds me of some of my favourite Chenin's from producers that have since shifted styles and for me fallen from their top position so I am excited to see what else this producer has to offer. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
