Tasting Notes
From the beautiful hillside of the Cul du Bray in the town of Mesnay. Hand harvested Chardonnay which undergoes fermentation in stainless and upbringing on lees in old 300l barrels.
An expressive and lifted nose of lemon and white florals, hazelnut, nutty cheese and creme fraiche. On the palate it’s clean, yet oily in texture with a fresh burst of nectarine, white peach and citrus that shine with harmony and balance. Very very good! - Importer Note
