Tasting Notes
Vines taken over from Stéphane Tissot which were grown biodynamically. Hand harvested Melon à queue rouge which undergoes fermentation in stainless and upbringing on lees in old 300l barrels.
Here is a powerful and spicy Chardonnay d'Arbois, warm year, even where the degree of alcohol is imperceptible as the material is there. Smoky, almost peaty notes, classic Jura marls are easily identifiable in this wine. A very digestible cuvée, despite the feeling of breadth that emanates from it. For a beautiful cheese platter or chicken with cream. - Importer Note
