Tasting Notes
Vines taken over from Stéphane Tissot which were grown biodynamically. Hand harvested Melon à queue rouge which undergoes fermentation in stainless and upbringing on lees in old 300l barrels.
A deeper and dense nose of lemon drops, honeysuckle, apricot nectar, ginger and touches of bees wax. In the mouth it’s very clean, silky and calm and flows with melon, boiled lemon, ripe peach and nectarine, coloured with vanilla and some saltiness. - Importer Note
