You have to let it open, and then you will be greeted with beautiful floral blue fruits with sweet beetroot and liquorice hints on both the nose and palate- savoury style with fine tannins. Beautiful S-W France (from Roussillon) made with Carignan and Syrah. Organic. 12.5% alc. So delicious and quaffable after it has opened. Great with anything meaty like pizza, pasta with meat in creamy or tomato base or with steak. Beautiful red for lovers of new age lighter reds with subtle power. - Michael L
