Tasting Notes
Beautiful, fine, texture, savoury fruit. The Roussillon producer shouts from the label that this is a wine of difference from tough land - is it possible; deciding while drunk or not; waiting for rain. And it's grown organically from Grenache and Mourvèdre; made in the winery with heaps of whole bunches using carbonic maceration. 13% alc. Then you get to drink it - no quaff it - after shaking the s--- out of it in a decanter. Light in the mouth, savoury, texture and beautiful red fruits. Nothing like a traditional local GSM. With casserole is good. - Michael L
