A great example of the versatility of Aligote. Domaine Gueguen’s Aligote steps up the power and ripeness compared to many other Aligote’s that focus on the natural acidity the variety is famous for. Don’t worry… It’s still there but it’s wrapped with layers of fresh white flowers, green almond, subtle toast and hints of honey. - Pete L
