A more elegant and delicate style of Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fume. Nothing overt here, just subtlety. - Chris L

A riper expression of Pouilly-Fume from a warmer vintage. Mango, papaya and passionfruit are the primary notes here, albeit in a more restrained fashion than what you’d expect from a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, for example. The subtle salinity only expresses itself after some exposure to air. With almost 4 years of age, the acidity has tapered off considerably giving a generous body to the wine.
