Tasting Notes
This is a furiously delicious natural wine made from Mourvedre (aka Mataro, aka Monastrell). There is quite a bit of natural spritz and succulent sweetness upfront, but as the wine flows over the palate everything falls into the savoury spectrum. If you like a bit funk in your wine than this is your number. Decant and serve. - Chris L
