Tasting Notes

A lovely natural orange wine from Domaine Ribeira based in Aspiran in the Languedoc region of France. The wine is made with a variety called Clairette and captures all the stone fruit characters that variety offers and adds layers of texture and interest with the inclusion of skin contact. This gentle maceration on skins add tannin and dried fruit characters building the complexity of the wine. This would be great if you want something different to pair with Indian or South Asian foods. - Pete L
