Tasting Notes
A bevy of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec from South-West France near Cahors combine to give a wine layered with black fruits and raspberry licorice with a rich and generous palate and firm but approachable tannins. Enjoy alongside grilled red meats or my favourite confit duck. - Chris L
