Tasting Notes
A beautiful and unique expression of Vermentino, often referred to as Corsican Coche-Dury. This wine is tastefully ripe with a nose of white peach, nectarine, white and yellow flowers, fennel and bitter almonds. On the palate this is plush, generous, and at times, oily (in a good way) which is all upheld with refreshing acidity. Despite the alcohol, this does not feel heavy and remains fresh - alternating between zippy and unctuous with more time open. A stunning wine and one that I would recommend to any lover of Italian whites or Meursault. - Aaron C.
