Tasting Notes
This is an excellent medium-bodied red made with indigenous Corsican grapes. Red plums and cherries, spices, roses all come together with a palate of high acid, nice fine-grained tannins that impart energy and drive in the wine. This become slightly more savoury with more air. Really elegant and bashful. - Aaron C.
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
