
Tasting Notes
A blend of three sites across Tassie that Pete works with about 15% fermented on skins to add a bit more grip, texture and colour to the wine and because why not.... He added some Riesling! Surprisingly the Riesling is what I see first, not that it sticks out but it's definitely there and certainly changes the dynamic of the wine. Bloody tasty. - Pete L
