Tasting Notes
This wine starts as a Pinot-based rose and shows the true cherry and strawberry character with some spice that you would expect from that. The rose has a still fermenting Riesling added to it for a second fermentation in bottle and brings a liveliness and energy to this wine that is absolutely ecstatic. - Aaron C.
