
Tasting Notes
Great name... Better wine! This is Pinot Meunier from two sites in Tassie, Derwent Valley and Pipers Brook that gets left on skins for a week and is then pressed to old oak. It's got a splash of Pinot Noir in their too which adds to the blend and fills it out a bit. Think light juicy red that would probably be better chilled. Very tasty. - Pete L
