Tasting Notes
Ripe layers of citrus, hints of stone fruits and white flowers. It’s got a bit more body than its Australian counterparts which you would expect but has more than enough acidity to keep us all happy. Mostly aged in stainless steel with a small portion of the wine being aged in old oak to soften it a touch. - Pete L
