Tasting Notes
One of the most smooth and full-bodied wines I’ve had from Chablis. The nose showed notes of white peach, oyster shell, white blossom, lemon and a tiny touch of vanilla. The rounder body is a result of Dauvissat-inspired old oak elevage that is held together with ample acidity. An excellent wine for those that generally prefer the whites of the Cote d’Or to Chablis. - Aaron C.
A top-line Village level Chablis, one of the more intense full-bodied styles I have tasted. Immediate aromas and tastes of ripe white fruit with a cumquart and mineral edge. 12.5% alc. Powerful chardonnay. - Michael L
