Tasting Notes
This was a shock in the best way. Reminded me of some of my favourite wines from De Moor... Layers of fruit, oxidative nuance, nutty, hints of honey and amazing acidity adding structure and freshness to the mix. This wine definitely loves air and will look better after a good decant. - Pete L
