Tasting Notes
Lively Dolcetto with more intensity and complexity than many I have tried from Piedmont. Vibrant red fruits (raspberry-like) on the nose with dusty hints. Palate initially is mouth-filling dark fruits, juicy, and growing dusty tannin complexity to finish. 14% alc. Loved it with a savoury chicken pesto pizza, but a good rare piece of red meat would go well too. - Michael L
