Tasting Notes
From the 2015 vintage, this cuvee brings together Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%). The colour shows as a delicate yellow with glints of gold. The nose is expressive and generous, unfolding with blossoms, peony and a hint of Mirabelle plum. The palate opens broad and lively, marked by juicy white peach and a refreshing energy that carries through to a long, vibrant finish. - Aaron C
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
