Tasting Notes
Elm Rosso blends Shiraz, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Deep red-black in colour, it opens with lifted aromas of liquorice, black cherry, plum and a touch of spice. The palate is juicy and bold, showing morello cherry, dark plum and liquorice layered with dried herbs and earthy notes. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins add grip, leading to a savoury, lingering finish. - Pete L
