Sexy ripe fruit and a lick of new oak. Stuart Olsen is making some of the best wines out of the Mudgee region. His hands off methods give great expression to his fruit and the texture of the wine. It's well made and very structured, so if you have a cellar drop a few bottles in there for safe keeping cause this wine has some staying power. It changes quite a bit from vintage to vintage, so don't hesitate to ask about it. - Chris L
