Tasting Notes
Rosé d’Assemblage combines 90% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, largely from the 2022 harvest, vinified and aged for 11 months in oak on lees before bottling. Vibrant and expressive, it opens with aromas of fresh raspberry, blood orange zest and a hint of white pepper. The palate is crisp and direct, carried by fine bubbles and finishing with a savoury, mouthwatering edge. - Pete L
